Built for This Community. Committed to Its People.

SupportedPlus was established to address the need for locally delivered disability support that is consistent, responsive and built around genuine relationships. We understand the importance of community connection and the value of having support workers who know the region, understand local needs and take the time to build trust.

Our support is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel included, valued and connected.

How We Support You

Consistency matters

We take the time to match participants with support workers who understand their needs, preferences and routines. We aim for reliability and continuity. When a change is ever needed, we make sure your worker is just as well matched so the quality and comfort of your support is reliable and consistent.

A schedule that fits your day

Good support begins with understanding what helps you feel safe, confident and included. We work with participants, families and support networks to build something that genuinely works for your day-to-day life. This may be small routines at home or bigger goals in your community.

Relationships First. Support Built Around You.

We believe meaningful support begins with genuine relationships and a strong connection to your community. We take the time to understand your story, your routines, your strengths and what matters most to you.

You know what to expect

We match you with consistent workers and always brief them beforehand on your needs and routines. That means every visit feels relaxed, predictable and your decisions are always respected.

Help that makes sense

Your support should fit your actual day. We sit down with you to talk through your routines, goals, comfort level and community connections, then build support around what is genuinely useful for you.

A voice in your support

You get to choose. We listen to what you like, what matters to you, your culture, beliefs and values, and how you want things done. Then we build your support around that, with respect, every time.

Thousands of Days of Service. One Purpose.

Since 2018, we have delivered more than days of consistent, continuous disability support. Over that time, we’ve supported people to pursue their goals, build independence, live empowered lives and actively participate within their families and communities. Our growth has been built on strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and community organisations because we believe quality support comes through collaboration and trust. Our commitment to community extends beyond disability services. We proudly sponsor the Rutherglen Cats Football Netball Club and the Corowa Rutherglen Football Netball Club and make ongoing monthly contributions to the New Life Care Programs, supporting people experiencing food insecurity, homelessness, financial hardship and domestic and family violence. At SupportedPlus, community is at the heart of everything we do.

Read what makes us a provider of choice

The team you have working for you have always been terrific at what they do, kind, considerate and friendly. They have always performed their duties well and always check in to make sure they have covered the job at hand. I have felt comfortable, and even formed great relationships over the four years, a few more hours to go to push it over, but wanted to say how grateful I am for the help I have received, thankyou kindly, Leah.

Leah, Corowa

It was great to be able to thank everyone in person today. I would like to thank you for everything you did to make sure Karen had care at all times. Finding Martin and Supported Plus was the biggest lucky break we got. Martin has been so understanding and took on solving issues as they arose with kindness and professionalism. Martin managed to find some exceptional support workers-more than that, exceptional humans to work with Karen, and Martin too is an exceptional person with a huge heart. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Kind regards Wendy.

Wendy, Rutherglen

Martin, you have a great team around you

Heather, Corowa

Questions we get asked

Can you help me work out which support option suits my needs?

Yes. You don’t need to know exactly what service you need before getting in touch. Sometimes you only know what’s feeling hard right now — keeping up with daily routines, getting out and about, building confidence, or needing more consistent support at home. We’ll talk through your situation, what’s already working, what’s not, and what type of support may suit your goals, routine and comfort level.

We look at the whole picture, not just who is available on a roster. This can include your support needs, personality, communication style, interests, preferences, routine and any specific skills required for the role. The aim is to create a match that feels comfortable and practical, so support has a better chance of becoming consistent, respectful and easier to trust over time.

If something doesn’t feel right, we want to know. Sometimes a match may need adjusting because of personality, communication style, routines or the way support is being delivered. We’ll listen to your concerns, talk through what’s happening, and look at the best way to improve the situation. That may mean providing extra guidance, changing the approach or arranging to have a different support worker.

Yes. Changing providers can feel like a big decision, especially if you’re worried about gaps in support or having to explain everything again. We will talk through what you’re looking for, what needs to be in place, and how we may be able to make the change feel more manageable.

SupportedPlus was created in response to a genuine need for more locally delivered support in the region. Our approach is built around consistency, reliable workers and practical services that fit real daily life. We focus on getting the important things right: listening properly, respecting your choices, understanding your routine and helping you feel comfortable with the people involved in your support.

We need your feedback. You can share feedback with our team at any time. Every concern matters to us, big or small. You might want to raise a concern, ask for something to be done differently, or talk about a part of your support that is not working as well as it should.

If you are unsure where to start, talk to your support worker about your concern, make a phone call or text a message to 0435641158 or contact us via our Feedback & Complaints form. You can also raise an issue by contacting the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or via the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
