Established in August 2018, our mission is to offer exceptional support services for people with a disability and their carers. We are currently seeking a domestic cleaner who will go that extra mile to bring a smile to our participants and has a high standard of excellence, an eye for detail and integrity.

Responsibilities
The goal of this position is to conduct routine cleaning duties in homes of our participants. These will include;
- Vacuuming carpets
- Sweeping and mopping
- Tidying rooms, emptying waste bins, removing trash and recyclable material
- Cleaning and disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms and toilets
- Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces
- Documenting cleaning activities according to instructions provided
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Selection Criteria
Essential
- An awareness of cleaning responsibly
- An awareness on the use of hazardous cleaning chemicals safely to maintain own health while ensuring the end user’s wellbeing.
- Ability to handle moderately heavy equipment
- Proven working experience as a cleaner an added advantage
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Honesty and integrity
Mandatory Checks
- A valid and current Driver’s Licence and reliable roadworthy motor vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
- National police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- A mobile phone or device that can access data
Physical Requirements
This position requires a basic level of physical fitness. Physical tasks may include reaching, bending, kneeling and lifting.
